Mr. Hollis Harris, Jr. of Park Place Drive, Jackson, Georgia passed away July 4, 2010.

Mr. Harris was born on April 18, 1937 in Heflin, Alabama the son of the late Hollis Harris, Sr and Natye Ann Adamson Harris.

A member of Providence Baptist Church and a retired engineer of Egleston Hospital.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Susan Lancaster Harris of Tallapoosa; children, Terry L. Harris of Quincy, FL, Hollis Harris, III of Social Circle, GA, Ernest Tyler Harris of Covington,GA, Kimberly Faith Harris of Jackson, GA, Holly June Harris Haralson of Loganville, GA and Crystal Ann Malcolm of Covington; sisters, Frances Virginia Webb of Miami, FL and Janie Smith of Bremen and eight grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, July 6, 2010 between the hours of 6 & 8 pm.

Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday, July 7, 2010 at 2 pm EST from Antioch United Methodist Church in Heflin, AL with Reverend Mason Bush officiating and Tyler Harris speaking. Music will be provided by Moriah Haralson. Brandon Gilbert, Terry Cothran, Aaron malcolm, Bryson Malcolm, Wesley Smith and Kevin will serve as pallbearers.

Interment will follow in Antioch United Methodist Church Cemetery.
