Obituary for Jeremy "J.T." Tyler McDow

.Jeremy "J.T."Tyler McDow, age 37 of Bremen, passed away Saturday, November 25, 2017 at his residence. He was born in Carrollton, February 23, 1980, son of Martha Payne Schiffman and Raymond McDow. J. T. was a supervisor, employed by Yamaha Motor Manufacturing Corporation in Newnan. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bremen.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his nephew, Alan Hembree.

Survivors include his wife, Alexis Allums McDow of Bremen; two children, Ava McDow and Brady McDow of Bremen; mother and her spouse, Martha Payne and Steve Schiffman of Long Meadow, MA; sisters and their spouses, Robin Scott of Bremen, Rita and Joey Meeks of Bremen, Tina and Keith Chambers of Bremen.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 5:00 until 8:00 PM and will lie in state at the church Thursday from 2:00 until 3:00 PM.

Services will be Thursday, November 30 at 3:00 PM from the Bremen First Baptist Church with Brother Herman Parker and Brandon Heath officiating. Music will be furnished by Bonnie Sanders and Chris Keaton and other music. A. J. Scott, Austin Scott, Shane Crews, Ashley Robinson, Chris Keaton and Brandon Heath will serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
